00:REM: RAM Riblets

10: (1)16 ounce can pineapple (chucks)
20: 1/4 cup honey
30: 3 tablespoons white vinegar
40: 1 tablespoon salt
50: 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
60: 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
70: 6 pounds lamb riblets

75: REM: In 17 1/4 x 11 1/2 roasting pan:

80: READ: Mix liquid drained from pineapple honey,
vinegar, salt, Worcestershire and ginger.
85: READ: Add riblets, cover tightly with foil.
90: READ: Bake in 325 oven for 2 hours.
95: READ: During last 10 minutes, add pineapple.
