00:REM: GEO Cable Pasta

10: 4 eggs
20: 1/4 cup butter
30: 1/4 cup whipping cream
40: 1/2 pound bacon (cut up)
50: 1 pound fettuccine
60: 1 cup grated parmesan cheese 
70: 1/4 cup snipped parsley
80: pepper, salt
 

90: READ: Let eggs, butter and cream stand at
room temperature for 2 to 3 hours.
100: READ: In a skillet cook bacon till brown, drain. 
110: READ: Heat an ovenproof serving dish in a 300 deg. oven.
120: READ: Meanwhile beat together eggs and cream just till combined.
130: READ: Add pasta to a large amount of boiling salted water,
cook 10 minutes, drain well.
140: READ: Turn hot pasta into the heated serving dish.
150: READ: Toss pasta with butter. Pour egg mixture over pasta and toss
until pasta is well coated.
160: READ: Add bacon, cheese and parsley, toss to mix
170: READ: Season to taste with salt and pepper

180: REM: Serve immediately
190: REM: Makes 12 side-dish servings
