10: 1-1/2 cups flour
20: 1/2 teaspoon salt
30: 1/2 cup shortening
40: About 4 tablespoon cold water

50: READ: Sift together the salt and flour.
55: READ: Blend in the shortening till the mixture
resembles coarse meal.
60: READ: Add water to make dough that will
*just* hold together, mixing lightly.

65: REM: Makes enough for one double crust pie
