10: 1/2 cup butter
20: 1 cup flour
30: 1 cup water
40: 1/4 teaspoon salt
50: 4 large eggs |

60: READ: Melt butter in medium saucepan.
65: READ: Add water.
70: READ: Bring to boil.
75: READ: Add flour and salt.
80: READ: Stir vigorously.
85: READ: Cook until mixture forms a ball that doesn't
separate.
90: READ: Cool 5 minutes.
95: READ: Add eggs one at a time, beating for one minute,
with a wooden spoon after each egg.
100: READ: Drop by tablespoonful onto greased baking sheet.
105: READ: Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until golden brown
and puffy.
110: READ: Cut tops off and spoon out any soft dough.
115: READ: Let cool on wire rack.
120: READ: Fill with ice cream, pudding or whipped cream.
125: REM: Makes 10. |
