10: 1 graham-cracker crumb
crust
20: 1-14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
30: 1/2 cup lime juice
40: 2 egg yolks
50: 1 cup heavy cream |

60: READ: Prepare graham cracker crust as in
LINE FEED Graham Cracker Pie.
65: READ: In medium mixing bowl, with wire whisk, stir
condensed milk with lime juice and egg yolks until mixture
thickens.
70: READ: Pour into crust.
75: READ: Refrigerate until well chilled and set.
80: READ: Just before serving, in a small bowl with mixer at
medium speed, beat cream until stiff peaks form.
85: READ: Pipe or spread whipped cream on top of pie and
decorate with lime twists if desired.
90: REM: 404 calories per serving. |
