10: 1/2 cup water
20: 1/4 cup sugar
30: 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
40: 1/4 cup lemon juice
50: 4 teaspoons cornstarch
60: 1/4 teaspoon salt
70: 1 tablespoon butter |

80:READ: In 1-quart sauce pan, stir first 6 ingredients
until well blended.
85: READ: Over medium heat, cook until very thick and
boiling briskly, stirring constantly.
90: READ: Reduce heat, simmer 1 minute.
100: REM: Stir occasionally
110: READ: Remove from heat.
115: READ: Stir in butter.
120: READ: Cool mixture at room temperature. |
