Graham Cracker Cream Pie

05: TYPE: Crust
10: 16 Graham crackers, rolled fine
20: 1 tablespoon flour
30: 1/2 cup shortening, partly butter, melted
40: 1/2 cup sugar
50: 1 teaspoon cinnamon
55: READ: Mix as for pie crust.
60: READ: Take one half of the mixture and pack in pie pan.
70: TYPE: Custard Filling
75: 3 egg yolks
80: 2 cups milk
85: 1/4 cup sugar
90: 2 tablespoon corn starch
100: 1 teaspoon vanilla
110: READ: Cook together until thick.
120: READ: Pour into pie pan lined with the graham cracker
crust.
130: READ: Top with Matrix Meringue.
140: READ: Sprinkle remaining graham cracker mixture over
top of meringue.
150: READ: Bake 325 until meringue is brown. |
