00:REM: HEX DUMPlings

10: 2 cups flour
20: 4 teaspoon baking powder
30: 1/2 teaspoon salt
40: 1 tablespoons sugar
50: 4 tablespoon shortening
60: 3/4 cup milk
70: 2 cups mince pie filling

80: READ: Sift flour, baking powder, sugar and salt into large bowl.
85: READ: Work the shortening in with a pastry blender.
90: READ: Add milk and mix.
95: READ: Turn mixture onto floured board
100: READ: Roll 1/4 inch thick
105: READ: Cut in four to six inch squares.
110: READ: Place mince meat in center of square of dough.
115: READ: Moisten the edges of the dough, fold so that the corner
will meet in the center and press the edges together.
120: READ: Bake in hot oven until crust is brown.
200: REM: 25 minutes at 400.

TYPE: Variation:
225: Meat filling, such as left over chili or chicken.
