10: 1 cup milk
20: 3 eggs
30: 1-1/2 teaspoon salt
40: 1/2 teaspoon pepper
50: 1 cup C=cheddar C=heese, cubed
60: 2 tablespoon butter, soft
70: 1/2 cup green pepper, cut up (optional)
80: 1 medium onion
90: 4 medium potatoes, pared and cubed |

100: READ: Preheat oven to 350 Deg.
110: READ: Grease 1-1/2 quart casserole dish.
120: READ: Put all ingredients in blender in order listed.
130: READ: Cover and run on high till all the potatoes go through the blades. |

140: REM: Do NOT over blend; consistency should be coarse.
150: READ: Pour into casserole dish.
160: READ: Bake 1 hour. |
