70: READ: Peel and cook
onions in boiling water will tender.
80: READ: Combine soup, 1/2 cup cubed cheese, 1/2
cup cracker crumbs and pepper in blender, blend till
smooth.
90: READ: Drain onions and pour into 1 1/2 quart
casserole dish.
100: READ: Pour mushroom sauce over onions.
110: READ: Sprinkle top with the remaining
cheese, cracker crumbs and paprika.
120: READ: Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
130: REM: Serves 8-10. |
