00:REM:ComCom Spinache

10: 1 pound spinach
20: 2 teaspoons oil
30: 1/2 teaspoon sugar
40: 2 teaspoons soy sauce
50: 1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts
60: 2 teaspoons chopped onions
 
 

70: READ: Cut fresh spinach stems into 1" pieces.
80: READ: Tear leaves into byte size pieces.
90: READ: Cook spinach for 3 minutes, drain well.
100: READ: Heat oil, sugar and soy sauce in a skillet.
110: READ: Add spinach, water chestnuts and onion.
120: READ: Cook, tossing lightly, 2 to 3 minutes or till spinach is coated and heated.
130: REM: Serves 4.
