10: (1) 10 ounce package frozen baby lima beans
20: 2 tablespoons butter
30: 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
40: 1 tablespoon lemon juice
50: 1/2 shredded cheddar or grated parmesan cheese



60: READ: Cook lima beans as label directs, drain.
65: READ: Meanwhile, in a small skillet over medium heat, melt butter, add breadcrumbs.
70: READ: Cook tossing lightly, until crumbs are golden. 
75: READ: Add lemon juice and cheese.
80: READ: Toss well.

85: REM: To serve, sprinkle the buttered crumb mixture over the drained hot lima beans. 
90: REM: 4 side-dish servings. 
95: REM: 232 calories per serving.
