00:REM:Protocol Potatoes

10: 2 large baking potatoes
20: 4 strips bacon
30: 1/4 cup chopped green onion
40: 2 tablespoon parmesan cheese
50: 1/2 cup sour cream
60: 1/2 teaspoon salt
70: 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
80: 2 tablespoon melted butter
90: paprika

100: READ: Wash potatoes, dry and prick with a fork.
110: READ: Bake at 400 for an hour. 
120: READ: While the potatoes are cooling, fry bacon till crisp.
130: READ: Drain excess drippings, leaving about 3 tablespoon in the skillet.
140: READ: Add onion and sauté till tender. 
150: READ: Remove from heat.
160: READ: Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
170: READ: Remove potato insides carefully and add to skillet (don't tear the shells)
180: READ: Add cheese, cream, salt, pepper mix and mash to blend thoroughly.

190: READ: Return skillet to the heat (low) till mixture is heated.
200: READ: Spoon mixture into the potato skins, drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with paprika. 
220: READ: Bake at 350 for 5-20 minutes, or till lightly browned.

230: REM: Serves 4
