00:REM:Buffer Rum Balls

10: 1-1/2 cups vanilla wafers; crushed (about 50)
20: 1/4 cup rum (light or dark)
30: 1/4 cup honey
40: 2 cups ground walnuts
50: confectioners sugar
 

60: READ: Combine all ingredients, except confectioners sugar
65: READ: Shape into 1" balls
70: READ: Roll balls in the confectioners sugar
80: REM: You may have to do this several times to coat well.
85: REM: Store in tightly covered container
90: REM: Flavor enhances as the rum balls age
