10: 10 ounces chocolate mint
chips
20: 10 ounces chocolate chips
30: 3-3/4 cups flour
40: 1-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
50: 3/4 teaspoon salt
60: 1 cup butter
70: 1-1/2 cups sugar
80: 3/4 cup brown sugar
90: 3 eggs
100: 1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 110: READ: Melt 2-1/4
cups chips (half mint and half chocolate)
115: READ: In small bowl combine flour, baking soda, and
salt.
120: READ: In large bowl beat butter and sugars until
creamy.
125: READ: Beat in melted chips, eggs, and vanilla
130: READ: Gradually blend in flour mixture
135: READ: Stir in remaining chips
140: READ: Drop by tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
145: READ: Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes
150: READ: Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes.
160: REM: Cookies will be under-baked. |
