00:REM: Super CPU Stew

10: 3 large onions, sliced
20: 3 lbs. beef, cut in 2 inch cubes
30: 2 tablespoons flour
40: 1-12 ounce can beer
50: 1 cup water
60: 1 beef bouillon cube
70: 2 teaspoons sugar
80: salt and pepper to taste
90: 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
100: READ: Cook beef in oil until brown.
110: READ: Remove beef to casserole dish.
120: READ: Add onions to drippings, cook until tender and slightly brown, place in casserole dish.
130: READ: Add to drippings, 2 tab. oil, flour, stirring constantly.
140: READ: Cook until dark brown, gradually stir in beer and remaining ingredients
(except vinegar).
150: READ: Cook until thick, add to casserole.
160: READ: Bake covered in 350 for 1 3/4 hours or until all is tender.
170: READ: Spoon off fat, stir in vinegar.

180: REM: Serve with Bit Map Biscuits or hot home made bread.
