10: 1 pint shucked oysters
20: 2 cups milk
30: 1 cup light cream
40: dash hot pepper sauce
50: paprika
60: butter
70: READ: In a medium saucepan combine the
un-drained oysters and 3/4 teaspoon salt.
80: READ: Cook over medium heat about 5 minutes-or till edges of oysters curl.
90: READ: Stir in milk, cream and hot sauce.
100: READ: Heat through.
110: READ: Season to taste with additional salt and pepper.
120: READ: Sprinkle each serving with paprika and top with a pat of butter.
