10: 1-1/2 lbs stew meat or top round steak
20: 3 tablespoons dry onion
30: 3 tablespoons garlic powder
40: 1 can mushroom soup
50: 2 potatoes
60: 2 carrots
70: 2 cans water
80: 1 tablespoon salt

90: READ: Any other veggies, as desired.
100: READ: Brown stew meat in Pam and a little oil in stew pot.
110: READ: Add onions & garlic powder
120: READ: When brown, add mushroom soup.
130: READ: Add water.
140: READ: Cook over medium heat for 1 hour 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
150: READ: Add potatoes - you can put the potatoes in whole or sliced
cooking time will vary depending on which way you add them.
160: READ: Add more water as needed.
170: READ: Cook until tender.

180: REM: You can add other spices as well such as basil, rosemary or bay leaves.
190: REM: If you add veggies, follow the cooking time on the package.
200: READ: Eat hot, enjoy.

210: REM: You can double this recipe if you have a large gathering;
this is enough for me for 3 meals.

220: REM: Serve with EPROM Corn Spoon Bread
