10: 6 hard cooked eggs, shelled and cut in half, lengthwise
20: 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
30: 1 teaspoon vinegar
40: 1/2 teaspoon salt
50: 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard OR prepared mustard
READ: filling such as:
61: caviar
62: anchovy
63: stuffed olive
64: deviled ham
65: blue cheese
66: fish or meat pate`
67: paprika |

70: READ: Remove yolks from eggs; put
in mixing bowl with mayonnaise,
vinegar, salt and mustard.
80: READ: Mix till smooth.
90: READ: Put small amount of one of the
"fillings" in each egg white half; top with the
egg yolk mixture.
95: READ: Sprinkle with paprika.
99: REM: Makes 12 |
