10: 2 cups milk
20: 1 cup bread crumbs
30: 1 teaspoon butter
40: 3 teaspoon sugar
50: 1 egg
60: 1/2 teaspoon salt
70: 1 teaspoon vanilla
75: READ: Scald milk.
80: READ: Add the bread crumbs.
85: READ: When crumbs are soft add the remaining
ingredients.
90: READ: Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish.
91: READ: Place the baking dish in a pan of hot water.
92: READ: Bake the pudding slowly until it becomes firm and
brown.
93: READ: Cover during the first 15 minutes of baking. |
