10: 2 cups chopped
pineapple pulp
20: 1 cup water
30: 1/4 cup lemon juice
40: 1 cinnamon stick (6 inches)
50: 12 cloves
60: 2 cups sugar
70: 1/2 cup liquid pectin
80: READ: Simmer the pineapple, water, lemon
juice and spices for 10 minutes.
85: READ: Remove spices, add sugar and boil for a
few minutes.
90: READ: Add the pectin, pour into hot, sterilized
jars.
95: READ: When cold cover with hot paraffin. |
