00:REM: bbQ-LINK Sauce

10: C=hop up a large onion and sauté' it
20: Place the sautéed onion in a medium large pan.
30: Add 1 tablespoon. Powdered Onion or Garlic
40: 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
50: 1/3 cup Worcestershire Sauce
60: 1/2 cup liquid Smoke
70: 1/4 cup vinegar
80: 2/3 cup yellow salad mustard (like the cheap hot dog mustard)
90: 2-1/2 cups beef stock, or bouillon
100: 1 cup (or more to taste) brown sugar
110: 1/4 cup white sugar
120: 2 teaspoon salt
130: 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

150: READ: Simmer till smooth, about 2 hours, stirring as needed. 
160: READ: Let cool, and bottle...keep refrigerated between uses.
170: READ: That's it...if you do it right, you will have about
$50 worth of great Bar-B-Q-LINK sauce.
