00:REM: Apple Stuffing
for Goose, Duck or Pork

110: 1 tablespoon minced onion
120: 2 tablespoon melted fat
130: 1 cup bread cubes (very small)
140: 2 cups tart apples, finely chopped
150: Weak chicken stock
160: Salt
170: Pepper

200: READ: Brown onion in the fat
205: READ: Add the bread cubes
210: READ: Add the chopped apples
215: READ: Add sufficient stock to moisten

220: READ: Add seasonings.

225: REM: 1/4 cup raisins or 1/2 cup cooked stoned prunes may be added for variety
