|10: 2 eggs, separated
15: 1-1/2 cups confectioners sugar
20: 1/3 cup water
25: 1 cup butter
30: 2 squares unsweetened chocolate (melted)
35: 2 teaspoons instant coffee
40: 1 teaspoon vanilla
50: READ: In small bowl ,with mixer, at high speed, beat egg
whites until soft peaks form.
55: READ: Gradually sprinkle in 1/4 cup confectioners sugar.
60: READ: Beat until sugar is dissolved and whites stand in
65: READ: Do not scrape bowl during beating.
70: READ: In large bowl, with same beaters, but at medium
75: READ: Mix well 1 1/4 cups confectioners sugar with
yolks, water and remaining ingredients.
80: READ: With rubber spatula, fold in egg whites
